Swenhwetey Online helps users book rides, couriers, professional services, and goods in Liberia. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Provider applications
Photo, ID details, vehicle info, social media handles, work location.
Location
GPS when you search, book, or register, to match nearby providers.
Payment references
Mobile money transaction IDs for registration and usage fees (we do not store mobile money PINs).
Bookings & activity
Pickup/drop-off addresses, service selections, booking status.
How we use information
- Match clients with nearby providers
- Process provider registrations and admin approval
- Operate bookings, couriers, and service requests
- Verify registration and usage fee payments
- Improve the app and respond to support requests
Sharing
We share limited information between clients and providers to complete a booking (e.g. name, phone, location). We do not sell personal data. We may share data if required by law.
Data retention
We keep information while your account or provider listing is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission over mobile networks is 100% secure.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
